Syllabus for TNPSC Group 2 and 2A:
Hello aspirants, hope your preparations are going well for the TNPSC Group 2 and 2A examinations. The Tamil Nadu public service commission (TNPSC) conducts Group 2 and 2A examinations once in 2 years to recruit people to work under different ministries of the Tamil Nadu government. In this post, we will discuss about TNPSC Group 2 and 2 a syllabus.
Also this year they have changed the syllabus of group 2 and 2A examinations as you all know that this group 2 and 2a examinations will be conducted in three stages
(i) preliminary examination
(ii) main examination
(iii) interview.
As we all know that the commission has made many changes in the TNPSC group 2 and 2A syllabus, because those who clear the examination should have adequate knowledge of Tamil, and also the candidate must possess adequate knowledge of the computer. so based on the requirements they have changed the syllabus and we will discuss the syllabus here.
the syllabus for the preliminary examination is 200 questions from general English or general Tamil (SSLC standard) 75 questions from general studies (Degree Standard) and 25 questions from aptitude and mental ability test (SSLC standard).
So a total of 200 questions will be asked with which each question carries 1.5 marks the maximum duration of the examination is 3 hours and the minimum qualifying marks for all communities is 90.

TNPSC Group 2 and 2A examination is a very important examination that one should be very serious about it, because if you clear the group 2 examination means you will be placed in a high-level post at the beginning of your career itself, because in group 2 examination they recruit candidates for various posts like additional inspector of labour, sub registrar, municipal commissioner, audit inspector, assistant inspector, revenue assistant in revenue department, assistant in the divisions of commercial taxes, department assistant in various departments in Tamilnadu ministerial service,etc.,
So these are some of the posts that you will be placed if you clear this group 2 examination also there are many vacancies and many higher-level posts are available in TNPSC group 2and 2a. if you clear those examinations you can definitely become a higher-level officer in Tamilnadu Government also the salary also will be very high.
